WATCH: Kesha Opens Up About Eating Disorder On 'GMA'

Listen to Kesha Radio on iHeartRadio

Kesha is focused on staying positive after seeking treatment for an eating disorder earlier this year.  The singer opened up to Robin Roberts on Thursday's "Good Morning America."

The star, who is a judge on the new singing show "Rising Star," says she is learning to block out all the negativity that comes with her life.  Kesha says she's throwing herself into working on new music, which she hopes to have out to fans as soon as possible.

Despite her serious personal struggles, Kesha's personality seems to have remained as eccentric as ever.  She told Robin that she decided to dye her hair blue because she feels as if she's "a rainbow" and is "letting the color into [her] life" instead of dressing in black as she used to.
